i purchased an aprilia on june 20th of 2008 when i purchased it i was told it is a 2008 and would have full roadside assistance which happened to be both false about a month and half after purchasing i recieved the titl in the mail which stated its a 2007 and the next day it actually broke down and aprilia wanted me to pay for the tow service which i was told was included and nowhere on my invoice or temporary registration did it state the year of the vehicle

well now im trying to dispute with my credit card company which does not look to promising so im stuck paying insurance on this vehicle as well as minimum payments to the card company for a useless machine that does not even start and is old which i dont think is very fair being lied to in such a way
