Actual Print

Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I requested custom boxes (10 pieces) to try and I wired $320.00 to them. That should have set off my detector. This started in about May and I realized today, September14, 2010, that things were wrong. That is when I saw them scam postings. We work with a charity and this affects them more than us. I would only want an attorney to contact me if they want my statement for someone who was scammed more. Where is the FBI or police?

Liquid Printer a.k.a Aline Print a.k.a Actual Print is a Pakistani fraud! These companies offer printing services cheap, take your money and deliver nothing. All the while, claiming the order is in process, shipping delayed and that a refund will come. No refund was made. These guys are simply outright crooks! They keep changing business names when one company is exposed on the internet, thus the a.k.a business names. The ringleader is Fahad and his home phone number is: **. Call him if you've had a bad experience with anyone of these companies. He loves to hear from us ** who he has cheated.

This is by far the most dishonest and unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. Our original order was placed with a representative that said he was in Ontario and we were given a quote with free, shipping anywhere in North America and production turnaround of 8 days. Delivery was to be FedEx ground to our warehouse in MI.

Four months later after hours and hours or phone calls, excuses, and **, we were told that our order had been sent to Lahore, Pakistan and that if we wanted it, we had to pay in full up before they would ship it UPS to us. We send full payment by wire transfer. The order was shipped out but we were then told that it would not be delivered to us. It would sit at the first US airport it touched and we would be responsible to clear customs and arrange ground shipping to our warehouse in Michigan. We incurred over $1,200.00 extra charges and lost tens of thousands of dollars due to their horrible service and brutally dishonest practices.

I've since sent faxes, emails, messages and called them a dozen times and was not once offered and apology, refund, or offer to cover the charges that they agreed to in their contract with us. In my opinion, I would advise anyone to avoid this company as their conduct and policies are very unprofessional and the printing is poor quality.

I submitted a complaint a while back and have wanted to remove it, but since there is no option visible on getting this to your kind attention, I thought of this route as I really am sorry for putting this up. I exaggerated and would like to request you to remove it. Thanks a million. ActualPrint.com is a legit company with clear and transparent terms and conditions. I lost it, that's why. Anyway, Actual Print is on the verge of filing chapter 11.

I recently joined Actual Print as a sales manager on the 1st of the month. I was asked to leave during lunch hour today, Feb 16th as I was too compassionate and was willing to refund the amount to the customers when the policy said no. After much pleading, I got that clause amended but a company like this should not exist! ActualPrint.com is based in Pakistan, not USA!

Customers are so excited by the amount they are saving. They don't take the time to read the terms and conditions and go ahead with their order. Upon which like a vulture Actual Print waits for the clients to keep calling and emailing back for approvals, shipping, etc., which stretches up to six months at times, exhausting them to the point that they are unable to write to the BBB, FBI, CIA, NJ Investigation Bureau, Internet Crime, NJ State Dept. protesting for their rights.

Actual Print's employees are based out of Lahore, Pakistan whereas on the website of ActualPrint.com says Morristown, NJ 07901. The address is fake! What's the state dept doing, I wonder? How many complains will it take for them to notice anything? The phone rings in Lahore, Pakistan when a customer calls the toll free 1-800 number. They are the same company and the same people who were running the Canadian scam under the same name and now have turned to rip off millions of Americans through not just ActualPrint.com.

I come from a family where morals and values are never compromised upon. Once I realized that we take the customers money, the CEO of Actual Print over the phone and while corresponding via email/live chat, does not ship out all the products, meaning only 100 boxes if an order for 2000, convincing credit card companies product has been dispatched (which would be true to an extent). Also delayed orders take so much time and effort that it exhausts the customer.

These are transactions mostly ranging $250 to $1800 per client and occasionally 10 grand deals.

Meaning, they (ActualPrint) scam the customers of their hard earned money and conveniently hides behind the terms and conditions listed on their website saying delays were not their concern as per their terms and conditions and no refunds were made by the credit card companies due to the clauses. If the customer paid through wire transfer or Western Union then God help them. Either way, through the credit card companies due to their terms and conditions are getting away with it.

Ask for the following to avoid future unfortunate shopping online incidents: 1. Ask to visit their printing and packaging facility in Morristown, NJ 07901 as listed on the website. It does not exist in the US! 2. Ask them to fax you a quotation. Well, he can send it from here to NJ which will be routed to the client. 3. Ask them why the address for sending the samples is not the same as the one listed on the website. Caldwell Ave, why? 4. The best I think would be to call to say for example, "Zeki, yes, where are you located?"

Okay, (after hearing New Jersey address) you ask Zeki to send out a sales rep or let you go in to meet and discuss business. You will never be invited and be given some excuse or another. 5. Ask for a tour of the company with whom you are corresponding to identify location, personnel of a company along with equipment. 6. Read the terms and conditions before clicking I Agree like a fool! The terms and conditions are to screw the people out of their money and since the price is so low, I guess the euphoria causes them to skip the "reading" the contract from hell! Car contracts are better than this any day!

Please do business locally where you can physically see the printing and packaging machines.

I made the mistake of doing business with the online printing company ActualPrint. Around July 21, 2009 I sent a bank
wire to this company in the amount of $1330.00 against my better judgement, mainly because ActualPrint do not accept credit
cards and they only accept guaranteed funds. I now know its because this company is nothing but a scam and they realize

that they would be forced by the credit card company to give a refund for scamming customers.

Before sending my money to ActualPrint for corrugated boxes they called me relentlessly. They even provided me with some fake
references that told me how great the service were. I now believe that they were part of the scam. After they received
my money they stopped calling me. Most of my calls and emails were ignored. Most times when I called I would just get
a recording asking the caller to leave a message. When I finally got a chance to speak with either Bobby or Chris they
lied to me so egregiously I knew that I had no chance of getting my boxes or my money back. They would say things like
their facilities were shut down and they had to have the job completed overseas. Or they would lie and say that they
would provide me with a tracking number within a day or two and weeks would past without a getting call. Each time its

a completely different lie. I have never dealt with a company as corrupt as this one.

I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Canada and believe it or not they did not even respond
to this complaint. I am now in the process of filing a civil lawsuit to get remedy. My WARNING to anyone thinking about

doing business with this company: PLEASE AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE! They are nothing but crooks and should be shut down!
