I reordered checks from this company. They sent me a reorder form saying the checks would be $42.25 for 300. I sent them a check for the full amount. They mailed my checks to me and a week later they sent me a bill for another $28.59 saying it was for shipping and hand. If there were extra charges they should have called me and I would have cancelled the order before it was processed. Since I did not feel I owed an extra $28.59 because the reorder form explicitly said $42.25 for 300 checks. I did not pay them that extra charge.
I received another statement from them today saying I owed an extra $30.00 for a late fee. All totaled they want $100.85 for just 300 checks, nothing else. They are misleading the public by sending out reordering forms saying it is one charge and then after placing the order, they come up with fraudulent charges, and a thirty dollar late fee is absurd. I would never use this company again.
