Since I haven't received any resolution, I had to spend time and energy to place a claim in the Civil Court. I am 71 years old and I had to sell the business as I couldn't run it anymore. Incidentally, two months later I had a mild heart attack. And a year later, this sale has caused me tremendous stress and frustration as I want my money back. Ms. Guanill did not help me or keep her word but rather sided with the new buyer. I am very disappointed in her business practices.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

Last July 200, Irene sold a Laundromat that I ran and agreed with the Seller that they would retain my two months security deposit of $ 3,900 until the new buyer was settled in or sold the business. There was no Attorney and Mg. Guanill drafted the contract. This past July 2009, the new buyer sold the business and they told me that they would not return my Security Deposit. I made every attempt to call the Landlord (Tomba Realty) and the Realtor and they both told me to speak to either party.
