Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I too was taken by NBDS. I have complained to every entity that could possibly help me in a lawsuit to no avail. I have found information that not only did they take our money, the corporation that loaned it out was listed with the same registered agent to the same address. I am interested in starting a class action lawsuit against them if I can find other people interested or willing to do so. I would like to get my money back if not additional money for the way they treat their licensees. I saw a complaint from Carol of Brooklyn NY, can you have her contact me?
I have lost not only my investment money, I had about 400 contacts that were interested but due to the "erroreneous" cancellation of my license I lost them all. I fell behind on my mortgage payments and had credit card bills trying to start this "wonderful" business.

Terri may as well face facts: she invested in something that wasn't there. It is extremely unlikely anyone will recover any money in a lawsuit and it does no good for individual complainants to get together unless they can find a lawyer willing to take the case.

My boyfriend bought a franchise through NBDS, Inc. expecting to make a lot of money. It cost him $15,000.00 down and a monthly charge of $300.00 taken from his account each month. I am a sales rep for him.
We got involved in September 2000 and went for 5 days training in Texas to prepare us for the Electronic Payment Option business. We came back with a lot of books and reference materials. We quickly began setting up the business and started going after leads. We spent more money on supplies and advertising and put many hours of work into this business. We haven't made any money yet.
I believe we were misled about the amount of success there is in this business and the only ones making money are the higher ups of NBDS. We were recently contacted by someone from California who was at training with us, and he gave up his primary business to make this work and he hasn't made any money either.

Going into business is always perilous. Those who are enticed into a business they know nothing about don't have a very good chance of success, as Carol and her boyfriend are learning.
