This is an update to the original complaint that I filed on 6/08/09. The company has refused to let me return the sheets. They didn't believe that there is anything wrong with them. I am not trying to take advantage of the company, I'm actually keeping the higher priced items that I ordered from them (bed cap comforters). The 2 sets of sheets are horrible quality and not usable, even my children agree. I guess that this company doesn't have a poor quality return policy and they don't want to believe their customers. I started emailing the company about a return for the sheets the same day that I received the order. I didn't keep them for awhile, then changed my mind. They were never used and I put them back in their original packaging.
I would highly recommend people to not buy sheets from this company. I had to learn this lesson the hard way and I have lost $79. I told the company that if I had to keep the sheets, the only thing I could do with them is to cut them up and use them as cleaning rags. Pretty expensive cleaning rags! I just wanted to warn other consumers about this company. I've never been treated like this by any other company.
