Consumer Complaints & Reviews

my cousin from Italy went to buy his son a notebook computer and he was sold a ACER Aspire ONE D250-1165 notebook (not even boxed) which he was charged $450 which we found the same computer for $299 to $329. Also knowing that they were from overseas the receipt was stamped "NO REFUNDS NO EXCHANGES. this was not explained to them at all.

When he came home with this computer it wasn't the one that his son wanted. We called on Saturday 26th no response. Went to the store on Sunday 27th and the store was closed. Called on Monday 28th and again no reponse.

I need some help with this as my cousins have gone back to Europe and we are not able to return this. We would like to return this for a credit on his card. The have left the computer in my position to be returned. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. My cousin has gone back to Italy with a $600 debt.

This store sold me a mobile phone which the claimed was new. The phone was not new as evidenced by dirt and scratches on the inside and outside of the phone. When I attempted to return the phone the company told me that I had damaged the phone and that I could not even exchange it for another model or product

The economic consequence of this transaction was $270
