They posted a great price for my digital camera on the web. After I ordered it, I got an email that said to call their 800 number in order to "expedite the order processing." When I called, I was encouraged to buy several other items for $70 more in a "Christmas package," which I did. When my order arrived, two of the additional items were not included. When I called, they claimed the salesman couldn't have said what he did and that I could send the whole thing back (incurring unrecoverable shipping costs and a restocking fee) or take up my complaint with my credit card company. They claimed I was rude, mistaken, and stupid, even though I calmly explained that all I wanted was for them to send the items promised. Hopefully, my credit card company can recover my money for the items not received.
