On 12/15/05, I ordered a FUJI Z1 digital camera from the Photosweep.com website for the advertised price of $219. The order method was to click on the item button and it would be put into a "basket" and then you enter credit and shipping information and the transaction is completed with a push of a final transaction button. I assumed the item would show up in about a week.
On 12/21/05, I received a call offering accessories. I questioned why the camera had not been mailed because Xmas was upon us. He said for an extra $30 he could get it to me by Xmas. I said OK.
When I checked the invoice I found the order price did not match the advertised price ($219 vs $245). The rep told me the camera they sent me was not the same as the advertised one so and that he would charge the $30 shipping anyway. I told him to cancel the order. He said it had been shipped even though there was no tracking number on the shipment, which indicated that the item had not been sent.
Damages: I checked their web site again, and they are still advertising the camera for $219 but if you push the "add to basket" button you will see the item charged at $245.
