I accidentally did a payment with the wrong number. He only gave me a handwritten receipt that I had payed $60. I had realized that I had gave him the wrong number when I looked at the receipt. So I called customer service, and they told me that I had to go back to the store and get the original receipt.

So I went back to the store and told them if they can give the original receipt. The manager from the store told me that that was the only receipt that they give, and so he just gave me the u.d.c number. So I called back, and they told me they needed the full receipt, not just the u.d.c. Then the manager just got a bad attitude and said that is was all he can do for us.
