This website claims to provide unlocked mobile phones to several different international countries. I placed an order on Nov. 30, 2009 for the white blackberry Bold. My order was processed and I was supposed to receive a follow-up email giving me a tracking number. 5 days went by, no email. I decided to call. Out of the 20+ times I called I was only able to talk to a sales consultant twice. The first time the man was not able to help me and took my contact information to call me back. Second time I got a man and it was like pulling teeth to get a tracking number. Once I got the tracking number I was able to track my phone delivery.
I received the phone on the 9th or 10th of December, in a Blackberry box. As this was a Christmas gift, I did not open the box. On the 16th when I go to wrap it, I realize it has Blackberry Tour on the side of the box. I open it, it is the wrong phone. But not only is it the wrong phone, it is a Verizon wireless phone, that is unable to be used in my country. Now what I would like to do is return the phone and get them to send me the correct phone. Sounds simple, so I thought.
The problem is I have not made contact with anyone by phone or email to resolve this problem. No luck whatsoever! The Voicemail box has been full for the past few days and no one has responded to my emails. The section on their website regarding post-sales help comes up as an error page. I do not think I have grounds for legal action. But this company offers a service, that they can not and did not offer. I am now stuck with a $600+ credit card charge, a phone I did not order, and furthermore it does not work in my country. I have had little to no contact with a human being working for the company, which is why I have decided to write this complaint. I just want what I paid for, and would like to speak to someone at Celluloco so I can return this unwanted phone and get the phone I ordered.
