I was enrolled and billed for telephone long distance service for over a year without my knowledge. Anyone can be enrolled in the service merely by a phone number alone as the company, while they claim to verify that the subscriber an number match accepted an enrollment for me from a person with a totally different name, address, birthdate, and zip code. The company refuses to issue a refund for services never utilized or authorized.

They used a phony enrollment to start charging me for long distance I wasn't using. I requested a copy of the enrollment form and everything on it is wrong; my birthday, my email, everything. I just discovered they have been charging me $18 per month for a service I never ordered or used! It's a total scam.

An unknown person made changes to my telephone account, adding their third party service. The result was an additional charge on my telephone bill paying for a bulls-t service that I never signed up for. Six months of additional charges.

I have been billed and also have paid for services that I did not sign up for. Currenty the company owes me $100.76 for services paid for. I called and complained and they were supposed to email me a copy of the application for services. I never received this copy.
