M. Kimling has for 6 months promised us a $300 credit on our account. This has yet to be credited. Upon inception with NUVOX, we were guaranteed telephone service and internet service at a speed and efficiency. This did not occur until we lost numerous customers and many dollars worth of business. NUVOX continued to send out technicians who were unable to correct all issues we were experiencing. THEY HAVE NOW SHUT OFF OUR PHONE SERVICE YESTERDAY BUT MY HUSBAND'S COMPANY TOO.
NUVOX is tortuously innerferring in our ability to conduct business. They must be held accountable for their guarantees of efficient telephone and internet services which they have not provided. The $300 credit they owe us is for referrals of customers in our building.
I have had the same email for over 10 years and all Lenders recognize and have that address only. Having to use YAHOO has caused us considerable difficulties. Their telephone service from inception was delayed from the beginning of our business relationship with NUVOX due to their false promises and untruthful representations which never materialized.
