Since Mar 2000 (over 3 years) Starpower has refused to give me a bill for phone service. I changed to their service October 1999. They gave me one bill December 10, 1999 with all kinds of phoney (no pun intended) charges. Can't someone do something?

Total broadband service has been lost, including basic phone service; cannot get any useful information from company. Real safety issue without a phone in the house.
