My drafted complaint to Talk Time Inc.:
Your personnel are not sufficiently capable of serving customers in view of there lack of people skills character. The problem I had with my phone that I purchased in July 21 2009. The cell phone battery refuses to take a charge and when it does, the battery drops all its energy in one call out or call coming in. The manufacturer code date of the cell phone battery is noted on the battery; 4/09. The store I purchased my phone from, refuses to warren tee the battery, claiming the absurd excuse given to me by the store I purchased the cell phone battery from was: the cell phone is guaranteed and not the battery. And thereby refused to replace my cell phone battery that was clearly guaranteed for a period of one year according to the manufacturer's code date of my cell phone battery. Further the phone and battery was purchased together with the phone just three months ago. I demand this company replace my battery.
