Wireless Galaxy

Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I ordered a cell phone battery from Wireless Galaxy believing I would receive the battery in 5 to 7 business days. 12 business days later I attempted to call customer service only to be put through to voice mail due to the "large volume of calls" because I never recieved an email confirming my order or my battery. So I emailed them instead.

I received a response several days later (not 6 to 24 hours as stated) stating that they had a problem with their system (funny how they had no trouble debiting my account), however, they had processed my order and I would receive a confirmation number from their shipping department. Again, I received nothing.

I called today and was given a tracking number which I promptly entered at usps.com. Although I had repeated back to the woman who answered the phone, the number did not work. I tried to call back numerous times. No one answered.

I just sent another email and am waiting for their response. Regardless of what they do, if anything, I will never do business with them again and advise anyone else from ordering from them either. I am out $16.78. Also, I have not been able to use my phone because the battery will not charge.

Sent me two broken phones- refuses refund after both returned saying one is missing box. GE moneybank refuses to cancel charge- on hold with them fo over an hour.

Both useless companies!

I brought a phone and some accessories from the online store for the holidays. After 7 dqays of waiting for the telephone it comes and it is not working at all. I tried to give this as a present and I was embarassed. The accessories are not even here yet. I called the company to tell them I wanted my money back and the customer service person said they will send me a new phone.

I stated that I wanted my money again and as the customer service person was speaking with gum in her mouth she told me that I will have to send it back for a refund. Here is the catch. I have to pay for shipping too. The item has to shipped with a tracking number. The bad part is that this service attracts Miltary members. I have to say, do not even dare to use this company. Now I have to see if I will really get my money back.

The phone could not be connected through Verizon Wireless. The phone was completely (software) dead.

I went in to buy a range for my mom for the holidays. I told Jeanne ID (7412371546) that I need the range to be delivered to Bronx, NY. She sais that there will be no problem and that it will be delivered/ installed and old range carried away on Friday the 26th of December. Jeanne told me that I would have to find someone to disconnect the line but that it will be installed. The company that was delivering the range called the morning of that Friday to state that they are not allowed to install in the NY city borrows.

My mother ownes a private home and I was not understanding why I was not told that when I purchased the range. I was told on that friday that I will have to make a seperate appointment for the installation. I decided to call the store in Waltham MA and the customer Service rep. told me that I did not ask for installation. Respectfully, I told them that there service was unaceptable. I was not aware of the seperate appointment for the stove and he asked me Will I like to cancel my delivery. Wow what service from them. I will never buy from a Home Depot Again.

I had to pay for the installation by another party after having the range for 3 days. Because of the Holiday It was hard to find someone that was able to install at a l;ate notice. My mother was not able to cook for those three days.

12/27/2006 I ordered 2 cell phone cases (order #167024). Only one item arrived without any info regarding the other item. After call the company I was informed that the item was on backorder and would be shipped out in a few weeks. After some time and no delivery of the item, I called the company again. This time I was told that the item was not available but that I could have a different case. I declined and requested a refund to my credit card. Some time passes and no refund on my credit card. I again call the company and am told that an online gift card had been refunded to me. I was never informed of this prior to my call and have no documentation that there is a credit/gift card in my name. At this point I again request a refund to my credit card or a check and am told that too much time has passed for the company to issue such a refund.

They did at this point say that the item I originally ordered was in stock and could be shipped to me. I agree. Following this I get 40 or so US postal packages addressed to me. The few that I opened contained items intended for other customers and the packing slips for those individuals. I called the company and helped them get these items back over the next few days. I was told at the time that they would be sending me a check for the refund I had requested. Still no check, no refund even after being told additional times that a request for refund would be placed and a check sent. I have placed 30 or so calls to the company with the most recent call on 8/3/2007. I have left messages for the owner Shahbaz Khan (Team manager)

on his office and cellular phones without any response from him.

I would like to get refunded the purchase price of $14.99 plus any tax and shipping that was charged for this item.
