Bought a phone from them and the doesn't work. Talked to 3 people about a refund and they won't do it eventhough they have on they're website 14 day garantee refund. It's defective. I paid $140.00 for the phone and it's useless!
They do bad business. I won't never do business with them again.
Bought a Razor cell phone for $250.00 in June. The phone stopped working. I went to the dealer, Wireless Hut, and told them. They told me they can't do anything -- call the Mfg.
I called Motorola and I gave them the numbers on the phone and they told me it is not a regular phone for the US. It is a phone that is sold for overseas and because it is an overseas phone Motorola can't warranty it because I was calling from the US. I went back to the Wireless Hut to him to tell him he sold me a phone that can't be used in the states and he said that's my problem.
