I sent a rebate for two AL1611 wireless cards to Asant Routers and Adapters up to $20 Rebate, Dept. 47137 in April 2004. Few weeks later I confirmed that the rebate request had been processed on 05/12/04. When I called on 07/28/04 to check the status of the rebate, I was told to wait another 6 weeks to get the $20 check I was entitled to, though the rebate forms stated only 10-12 weeks for processing.
Now the 866-277-4220 is not answering at all. Asante wouldn't return my calls or email (rebates@asante.com).

Damage Resulting: I didn't receive the $20 check from Asante.
