It has now been 3 weeks and I have sent at least 10 emails of request and complaint to sales Mr Dockins who now does not even answer my emails. The economic cost is not great $25 USA but it is the ethics of it all as their product did not work and policy that one can have a full refund within 30 days no questions asked is a lie!

I purchased a software product from Diskeeper corporation and initial problems with product as auto registration not forthcoming and contact numbers on web site incorrect and technical advise was slow and incorrect so I asked for a refund as their policy states. I was faxed a refund form and it states a refund will happen within 3-5 working days.

I ordered thru shop direct a diskeeper and at the time the sales person told me the one for 7.0 would work fineon my 8.0 netI put the disk in and now it really messed up my computer.When i sign on it tell me!! Now what do I do?
