They said my power supply, video card, and the motherboard was bad so I had them replace it. I was told they would not have to mess with the hard drive and I told them that not to mess with the hard drive. The video card I had purchased was top of the line when I bought it. I was told it would fit.
Then three days later they called me and said it would not different slot type and assured me that they would put a video card in it that was as good or better than the one I had bought for it. It is not even close. It would be like going to buy a car and compare a Honda according to a Lincoln or Cadillac so please help me. When they repaired my computer, they wiped out all my games that most of them can not be replaced. They got rid of my Microsoft Word and screwed up my book. I don't see all my pictures that I had. They did not have the permission to remove or anything. Their comment is "Oh well". I want my computer and programs replaced and my money back.
