I purchased their product on 12/05/08. As soon as the product did its scan and performed its repairs my computer went to a blue screen. When I rebooted the blue screen came back and read Irql_Not_Less_Or_Equal. I rebooted in safe mode and uninstalled the product.

I tried calling the Registry Repair company but apparently they do not have a phone number listed on their website. I sent an e-mail to support and did not receive a response. I lost an entire days worth of work. When I asked for a refund I received an e-mail back that they would refund in 3 days minus a 15% service fee. So, I'm paying for a product that didn't work. Regardless of what their agreement says, we shouldn't be charged a penny.

I lost a days worth of work. I cannot put a dollar amount on that. Certainly more than the software was worth.
