Ordered a "game enhancer" and have not received it within the alloted time period given by the aforementioned company. E-mailed company on numerous occasions to check the status of my order (but was) ignored. Checked with my bank and check cleared on Dec. 1, 1998. Order was placed on Nov. 24, 1998.

E-mailed company on three different occasions and told them that I would file a complaint with Consumer Affairs if they did not e-mail me back. Upon checking today (12.12.98) the Web site has changed saying that all check order will not be processed before Christmas. This was not on the site the day of purchase.

The price has also increased by $5.00 since my order was placed. The check cleared and I have not received my "game enhancer" yet. It has been more than two weeks and I ordered two-day delivery. Like mentioned earlier, no response had come from my e-mails.

Loss of $37.50.

Editor's response:This sounds like a misunderstanding, but one that could have been avoided by better customer service and some attitude adjustment.
