I placed an order (shipmentID 4523438) and receive the 1st one. They send a 2nd one, I called to cancelled on Sept 23, 2009 with Angela. She gave me a $100 Dollar Redemption Card thru an email which asked to me activate/register from internet that I did but I could not print it (only see it from the screen). I called the company to let them know and request them to send me manually. They kept place me on hold or transfer me from number 877-968-4628 or 800-424-4988 or told me they will call me back with the status. Finally on Nov 23,09 I spoke to Angela again who gave me the credit at the beginning(in person). She told me the option is expired and she can only give me a credit with 50% of what the machandises'cost ($129.85= 64.930). I told them it not my fault. They gave me some credit that I could access or use so why took my 50% off. Then I requested to speak to supervisor, Max, who said the same thing and gave me a new phone # to contact their corp office 424-672-6472. Because they cannot do any thing about it.

I did make several attemps but only reached a voice mail of Ms Angela. I left her a message regarding my issue.
