I ordered the product for wrinkles for $2.95 postage and handling. I was suppose to have a 14 day free trial. I immediately called them back to cancel when I saw that they would bill me for the product at the end of 14 days for $87.62. They gave me a cancellation number to put on the product when I received it. I sent it back immediately without opening the package. I was billed for the product before the 14 days were even over and the computer there has me as canceling and returning the product.
The lady I talked with said that the warehouse would have to notify them that they received it. I told them it could not possibly take two weeks to find out. I sent it back upon arrival and they billed me approximately two weeks after the return. It is still showing up on my bank statement as drafting from my card.
The bank said I could cancel my card and get another one to stop the transfer. I guess that is what I will do. I thought about trusting them not to take the money out after my conversation with them last week. I really shouldn't fall for these gimmicks. I should know better. I am going to wait and see if they put the money back or do not continue with the transfer. I will let you know. Thanks.
