Easy White Labs

Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I got burned on a teeth whitening scam. There are two of them on your website. One is "Don't Let the Dentist Fool You" and the other is "Do Not Bleach". I got burned on the latter. The scam works by luring you into purchasing trial samples of tooth whitener product on your credit card. After 2 - 3 weeks into the trial period, you find an $80 plus charge on your credit card. The scammers have set up probably more than half a dozen different ads. You can detect that they are all from the same scammer by looking at the similarities among the information in the ads. My ISP company agrees and has removed the ads from their website.

I received a sample of EasyWhite product in the mail which I never ordered. I put it aside unused. I received a statement from Capitol One credit card with a charge for EasyWhite in the amount of $78.23. I did NOT order this product. An ad popped up on a screen that I using to order something else. I did not order this product. I believe somehow the information was obtained by EasyWhite from the same screen. Is this possible? My credit card company removed the charge and then it was re-billed back on my charge because EasyWhite's paperwork sent to Capital One said I was supposed to return the sample within 10 days. I did not order this. What can I do as a consumer to clear this up? Help!
