I saw an ad in back of a magazine that advertised a non-surgical hair replacement process. I called the company and talked to Bill several times. I had many questions that he patiently and kindly answered. I sent in a sample of my hair as requested. When I was on the East Coast for a work related workshop, I drove to Euro for a consultation.

During the consultation, I was convinced by Euro that they could meet my needs for my hair loss. So, I agreed right then to have the procedure done. During the procedure, I was in a room with no mirrors, this concerned me greatly as I didn't know what they were doing to me. I was also told they used a laser, yet I never saw any laser, they used a hair/scalp dryer, using heat and called that a laser. I asked many questions during the procedure, that they by-passed in answering.

I became very uncomfortable about this. I didn't like the way they hid the procedure process from me. When I decided I was scammed and wanted to complain to Euro, the person answering the phone told me Bill was with a client. I complained to them I wanted my money back and dissatisfied I was with their product. They acted like they didn't care! They got my $ and that's all they wanted!

I looked in the mirror when it was over and almost died! The hair was very long and wavy and was much darker than my original hair. It began getting loose on the front hairline that day so I used the "special" glue they gave me. I later realized it was superglue!! I realized it was just a hairpiece that they glued to my head with an adhesive tape and super glue.

The hairpiece irritated my scalp all the time and I found myself scratching myself to the point I had small sores of irritation. I received their glue removal, after I called to request it. The glue removal did nothing to release the hairpiece. I went to a salon where they took an hour to gently remove the hairpiece without pulling out the hair underneath. Once the piece was off, there was a strip of glue 1/2" around the perimeter of my head that was connected to my original hair. The salonist had to cut the thick glue out and then give me a buzz cut to get all the adhesive out.

I had stripes on my head where the hair was gone. Two of the strips the hair has kinda grown back in. In the front, the strip is still there and looks like the hair follicles are permanently damaged. So, I now have less original hair due to the damage this procedure caused.

Emotional damage??? The emotional trauma has been devastating. I was depressed, hid from family and friends and always wore a hat. This is when I still had the fake piece on!! I was so humilitated and embarrassed at how fake it looked. I began a new career position during all this which has caused even more stress for me. I feel Euro owes me thousands just in all the emotional trauma I have been through! I now have a buzzed scalp and hopefully my original hair will grow back!

I responded to a magazine advertisement placed by this company. The ad guaranteed permanent hair laser-grafted to my scalp. They continually repeated their promise by mail and telephone assurance. I spent $800 on travel expenses to get to their office where they discounted my hair replacement cost if I paid cash of $2,800.00. I was not permitted to see the process and they used some form of construction glue to apply a cheap wig to my scalp. It lasted one month.

I want my money back, plus the travel expenses in addition to any and all fines against this company allotted to me as recompense for my emotional pain. The financial out of pocket was $3,600 directly and additional time away from my job at $1,000. The physical damage was in having to remove the wig and pulling away skin from my scalp.

This company did hair restoration. Thay showed pictures and a movie about the procedure and the results. The results were very unnatural and the prociedure was not anything thay promised. They said thay used individual filaments of hair and a laser to install it and it would be permanent. Instead thay used a single hair piece and glued it to my head. It looked ugly and was coming off the next day.

I had a procedure done on Saturday March 2, 2002 at Euro Development Corporation office in Philadelphia. I was told something else and was given totally different. I was never told that they would just glue one hairpiece on my head, which would start to come off within days. I am very disappointed with this procedure, which Euro Development has performed on me. The whole process is full of false claims and exaggerations combined with a twist of words to create false pictures for the client.

Simply stated, I was told one thing and given another. I was uninformed of many of the surprises that came up later, and I wonder how many more are yet to come. This experience was disastrous; it not only caused physical pain and discomforts but also emotional distress due to the overly exaggerated costs for the apparent job done. I walked into the office thinking that I was going to get individual hairs infused into my scalp using the adherent and laser. Even after watching the introduction video, I was left with this same belief. However, during the procedure I was told that they were going to put 4-5 different portions of hair strands on my scalp. On the contrary to all this, it is only one hairpiece.

Even this one big hairpiece is only glued all around, not the scalp area. Third day from the procedure, my hairline started to come off. Even on my scalp, where its glued on the side, its coming off because during the procedure, my own hair was cut and this one hairpiece was glued on it. Its very obvious that soon as those hairs will grow, this whole hairpiece would be lifted up as its already starting to.

This is what Euro Development wrote: Remember this European medical grade solution was developed for permanency with the skin. Once the hairs have been infused throughout the scalp with this adherent solution". They also claim: Remember, the laser strands hair filaments are not a solid base hairpiece. This is not true in my case. All I got is ONE hairpiece which already came off. I have all the documents they sent to me before the procedure explaining this. They even took the money from me before anything was done and made me sign papers.

I went for an evaluation on whether or not I met the requirements for the hair replacement. I watched the video and saw a brochure and some pictures of models. They showed a sample of hair. They did not mention anything about glueing a hair piece and they said that after washing the hair, it would get easier to manage and the film thing would disapear. They had no mirror and would not let my wife be there when doing the process.

I was emotionally disturbed when I saw myself in the mirror and everthing they promised was not true. After 24 hours the hairpiece was coming off and it did not look as promised. The cost was $2500 plus the recommendeded hotel expense. Their ad is misleading.

I am emotionally depressed due to this and the fact that I had to take all my hair off because they had scraped some off to put hair piece on. I lost my only savings and wasted work hours on this.

If we were Samuel, we'd take these guys to Small Claims Court for a good trimming.
