I ordered the toothpaste. My ad said I had 14 days to try the offer (I have the ad). I cancelled after 11 days. The company says I only had 10. They debited my account. I was able to speak to a rep in customer service and asked for a supervisor to call me back. None did. I mailed and faxed my proof to the company. They are ignoring me. They debited my account for $58.95. I returned the product 2 times.

On October 26th 2009, I answered an advertisement online about teeth whitening from Premiere whitening. I ordered the product with a ten day trial period. On October 27th, I called them back to cancel the order in which I was told it was sent out already so just put this RMA number on it and send it back. I received a box in which I put the RMA number on it and sent it back, like I was told by the customer rep. I thought that took care of it since I said to cancel the order and it was the day after I ordered, well in the ten day trial period.
Well, in December my account was debited for 158.27 to my surprise which put my account into overdraft. I did a dispute with the bank because I did not authorize this draft and also called the company back to which they told me that the cancellation was there but would not transfer me to a supervisor and that it would take 6-8 weeks to review. I saw the money put back into my account but that was by the bank not them.
So now I am here in January with the bank debiting it back out of my account because Premiere whiting never refunded the money that I thought was taken care of. I tried calling the phone numbers I had for the company and they have been disconnected now. I don't have a way of getting a hold of anyone. This is fraud and more people need to be aware of this company's practice. I feel they are still out there and soliciting under another name.

i called today as I received an other shippment and a charge of $88.90
i was told that the origional free sample was a 10 day free trial product ,There is no proof or documentation that supports this claim I have told them that I will return the origional so called free sample since I had not used it at all ,and was told that the 10 day trial period was up and I could not get my money back. these a dubious business practices ,I do not have any papers documentation which told me that was only valid for ten days nor did it say that on the Internet again a free sample was offered.I also cant believe that any one can charge $ 158.27 for a small whitening pen.

i need help in resolving this matter

I ordered their product on-line. I immediately cancelled and inkformed them not to send the product. I never received the product. My account was deducted $58.95 in November. I called the number that the bank gave me. I spoke with Lisa, who refused to transfer me to a supervisor. She verified that the cancellation was there. She stated that an investigation would take place, but I would not receive an answer for 6-8 weeks. I state that this was fraud, because I had canceled and that they did not have my approval for the charge. She refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor or reissue the money. This placed my account into overdraft. I want to file fraud charges against this company, they have basically refused to refund my money which they admit they do not have a right to charge my account.
