I paid them about $2,800 in total under a contract for approximately 9 hours of laser hair removal treatment. I received approximately 4 hours of treatment and when I showed up for my next appointment, they were gone without a trace. I did a lot of research to find them -- only to find that they were bought by Light Touch Vein and Laser Inc. in Sept. 1999 and they were going to file bankruptcy. They left no information and no notice to all of us who got screwed.

Although I received approximately $1,500 worth of services I have lost approx. $2,800 since the process is ongoing and in order to sustain the effects, you are supposed to go for treatment every year. I work as a bankruptcy consultant so I know sometimes these things are unavoidable, but the decent thing would be to leave a notice to customers at least on how to file a claim. I feel the investors in the company took my money and took off.
