I read your complaints about the customers who were "robbed" by New Millennium Bank, and they are all incorrect. We have worked with NMB for years to help customers establish the credit they need to buy our homes.

It clearly states on all NMB literature that these are secured cards and that you are required to open a savings account. The refund is for those who are not approved, but everyone who folows these steps is automatically approved.

NMB is a great institution and these customers just did not read the literature and were just trying to get credit that they probably did not deserve fot $37. If this lady can not spare $35, then how should she possibly qualify for a $10,000 Gold Card. This is just common sense.
