In your complaint response column, you lumped all Consumer Credit Counseling Services together. Actually, each is an independent entity, and CCCS of MD & DE is one of the best! Their budget and debt management counseling services are totally free, and the fees that they charge on debt management programs are nominal.

I know several folks with serious money problems who have become debt-free with CCCS of MD & DE's help!

Before credit counseling services became so plentiful, I also tried going the route of always having a go-between myself and my bill collectors. I only used them for a short time but, the people were kind and courteous and I actually was beginning to see some clear sky over the horizon.
