I contacted Idaho Credit Repair in October 2008 for info on repairing my credit..My husband and I agreed to go with this company to help us repair our credit! We gave them $250.00 for a down payment and paid the company off in March of 2009 which was $750.00 which equals $1000.00..They promised us repair on our credit...they had told us they would send out disputes and we would receive something from the credit bureaus with updates..well we have never received any copies of the disputes they sent nor have we ever received letters from the credit beaus..we have sent emails and made phone calls to the company asking what the hold up is..well there reasoning is they don't know..and then we continued to call and send emails and we were being ignored at some point..we have nicely asked for a refund since we paid them and have not gotten any repair liked promised.. his response to a refund is very rude and impolite..I feel if they have not done there job we deserve a refund!!
