This group called my office and went through the whole speal. Sent me all the information and promised to reduce my credit card debt. I had to give them a check by phone and they deducted $200 from my checking account. I heard from them one time and they did in fact get two credit cards to agree to 3 months interest free. I have called them several times since and no one returns my calls. Most of the time the message says the mailbox is full and I can't leave a message. How do I find out if they are working on anything for me. Plus the fact they have all my information and not being able to contact them makes me very nervous.

They offered to lower my credit card interest on all my cards for a monthly charge of $29.95. I got an information package that required my credit card information and have not heard from them since. They've charged my account 2 months with NO results. Not only that, when I've called to cancel I only get a recording "saying that all reps are assisting other clients" and then it says the mail box is full and hangs up.

I have to close my current checking account and open a new one just to have that charge from being charged any more. I'm disable and live on a fixed income and now I have to deal with the headache of changing my account number so that I don't continue to get ripped off.
