I received a message on my answering machine that stated that she was looking at my records in her database and could see that she could save me 50% on my credit card payments and get me out of debt faster. I called back to find out what records they were looking at since I have no credit card debt, we have one credit card and it is paid off every month. She began to dance around the question and said that my credit card company had given them a phone number that said that we had an unsecured credit card, it did not tell them how much debt we had or did not have,so when I brought up the message on my answering machine yet again she said "No ma'am we never say that we can or can not help someone with any specifics only that we might be able to help you".
When I tried to explain to her that the message I had on my machine stated that someone was looking at my records in their database, she talked over the top of me which made me speak louder to try and make myself heard over her talking and then she said " you don't need to yell at me" and she hung up on me. I wasn't intentionally yelling at her, but she kept talking when I was trying to explain to her what had happened, so she clearly was not in any mood to listen to me and when I asked to speak to her supervisor, she said that she was the supervisor and I said "you must have a supervisor, I would like to speak to that person" she said "there's no one available that I can let you talk to."
