My husband and I went to this dental office for the first time to receive an exam. My husband was admitted first and then me. When I was in the room the doctor walked in using innapropriate language complaining how the room he was in ahd no gloves. After, he walked in and introduced himself. He then went on continuing to use f*&# as he talked to me about how his x wife this and that and how he can get any f*&^ women he wants because he is a F*&$% mexican doctor that makes 20,000 dollars a month!

The whole time I was there he used the f word and bragged about how much wealth he had and will have. I couldnt believe a doctor can be so unproffesional in his practice. Numerous times he cussed out his employees and it seems as though they were used to this type of treatment. The recepcionists (women) never cussed back at him. His M.A. did but use teh language.

In regards to his dental practice, I got a filling done where he injected me to numb and five seconds later he started drilling! then he said he ws doing a cleaning where he only worked on the left hand side of my mouth! My husband supposably got only a cleaning on his right side. I called back today to see what exactly they feel they did and why the cleaning was not complete. The receptionist informed me that they only do cleanings 1/2 the mouth at a time! `

As a result of this my husband does not want to return to another dentist. He had not gone to the dentist in over ten years, so this experience was very unconfortable to him.

As for me, my cheek is sore and am unable to chew on my left side. My husband and I are not that open people that felt confident enough to have said something to the doctor in front of him. We decided that writing this complaint would be a more professional step. In addition, I noticed that the majority of the patients there that day were hispanic and didnt speak english, maybe this type of treatment has been going on and no one has stepped up.
