I was billed for a procedure my dental insurance covered. My dental insurance was billed and paid for procedures I was billed and paid for as well. Insurance company has requested to give back my mney but office refuses. Unauthorized fluoride treatments were given to my children and I was billed for it. $165 in overcharges occurred plus incorrect billing to dental insurance.
