In 2006 Dr. Plotkin had placed a crown and post on my lower right tooth. Shortly thereafter I had expressed my concerns that the crown that he had placed in my mouth was of poor quality and that the metal under the porcelain was showing through. My protests went unanswered. As a result of a poor quality crown that was placed not only does it still show but the metal has discolored the gum around it.
As a result of this I am requesting a full refund of both the crown and post. It is due to the work that he had completed on my mouth that I will need to have this redone because the quality of the service that you have provided was substandard.
