I had went to the North Sioux City Dental Clinic on or about 3-14-08 for a cleaning and checkup. At that time the dentist told me that I have severe gum disease and that my teeth would fall out within a year. If that wasnt enough bad news she also told me that I had 9 cavities. If I didnt get all these high dollar treatments without a doubt in her opinion my teeth were as good as gone.

I decided to get a second opinion and after the second dentist examined my teeth, he told me I will see you in 6 months. After I told the dentist what the first dentist told me, he asked me where she went to school at? He also said that there is nothing wrong with my gums and that I had no cavities at that time. After this information I called to make a complaint with the South Dakota Dental Assoc. The president of the association told me that he knows the second dentist that I went to personally and if that dentist said there wasnt anything wrong with my teeth then there is nothing wrong with my teeth.

I moved from Iowa to North Carolina shortly after that and I just finished another cleaning by a third dentist. Her diagnosis was that there again is nothing wrong with my gumsand teeth. Although this time I had two cavities. I can provide all the proof from each dentist to anyone who wants to review my records. I beg anyone to consider another dentist before getting ripped off by the North Sioux City Dental Clinic.

My damages is a $290.40 debt that is in collections. Plus the close to $300 dollars I had to shell out for the second opinion.
