Your website posted a complaint from possibly one of my patients which was researched by the medical board and found to have no merit. Please update your files accordingly or post that it was investigated and found to be a nuisance. Now, this patient is contacting everyone she can. Maybe she has a personal problem.

Dr. Swartz was very unprofessional. Including yelling at me, personally insulting me on an issue that had nothing to do with my visit to see him, referring to his patients as "Damn patients", not providing me with a treatment or a resolution for the reason of my visit and overall making my visit very uncomfortable and causing me a great deal of emotional distress.
Should additional information be needed such as what was said, I was able to type out a transcript of everything that took place during my office visit as soon as I got home and am willing to provide said transcript. Emotional Distress, embarrassment on my behalf, utter disregard of respect towards me being a patient.
