I arrive to repair the chronic acne problem on my face. I was promised results and unfortunately signed an agreement. They performed a very minor laser procedure and consultation. Whne I attempted to cancel the major procedures which required several days off of work, they refused unless I paid them $3500 which they said was $2500 for a lousy 20 second minor pulse dye laser thing they performed and $1000 for the consultation. I had my credit card attempt to chare back a portion of the $8000 but LDI refutted my complaints and forced me to do all the treatments. I was told four major laser procedures would be performed but I only rec'd three and one other of those minor pulse dye treatments which are completely useless.
In the end, I still get breakouts and my skin is extremely oily and sensitive to the sun. I spent about $8500 for treatments, creams and other stuff they "upsold" for profit.
