after an injury on the job[which let me go because i could no longer perform at level req'd , i was sent by a insurance company to treat head neck injury.at first i was seen by dell, then sihka . and then they would not grant me any appointment , as i am having extreme problems i have been trying and getting no call back..my experience with sikha was horrible ,as i was insuted for having body art [tattoo].i was treated rudely on several occasions and complained to w-c attorney who had won medical coverage for me for life..this lead no where..i need help on this

I was refer to this doctor by my long term disability insurance. After the visit I decided to take a closer look at it and this is what I discover. First of all, this doctor is the owner of the clinic and gives business cards to the patients asking us to refer people to his clinic. I check this behavior and according to california business law the doctor cannot use patients to promote the clinic if he has ownership in the clinic.

Second of all, this doctor has his clinic suspended for failure to meet statutory filing requirements for corporations in California. I called the Secretary of State to double check the status and is suspended and functioning illegally. I have requested the BBB to create a profile for this business because does not appear under any of their databases. I have also discovered this doctor had his license revoked in 3 different states for malpractice and unprofessional misconduct. The misconduct refers to Dr.. Dell using non medical degrees he never earned from Oxford, Cambridge and Princeton Universities. He is using these non medical degrees again here in California. I wrote to the Medical Association of California filing these complaints but I was told I needed to file a business complaint first because he is using non-medical degrees and then they can take a look at his clinic.

My long term disability insurance was cancelled due to Dr. Dell's report which states I can work. I am awaiting surgery for neck an lower back an insurance approval my the workers' comp insurance. I have been financially devastated and each month had to look for financial help from friends, one organization pay my December's rent. I am seeing the Psychiatrist for anxiety, depression and sleeping disorders, currently I am taking medicine for the above symptoms.
