As a patient, I felt the doctor, not his staff, should have provided me with the results and advised me on the course of treatment I needed. After repeated calls, I was only advised by his staff and that he never discussed my neck injury, only my lower back injury. This is totally untrue as I brought my x-rays for both areas with me and discussed them at length with him and his assistant. He then sent me for MRIs for both areas. He and his staff are irresponsible and unresponsive. They have promised me he would call and I waited for two weeks to no avail. Finally, I picked up my results today and not even an apology was given to their lack of concern or care. I am a paying patient and was treated like a charity case instead. I picked up all my results and will go to another doctor to evaluate.
