I needed medical treatment. A medical provider Thorton helped me. I explained to Mr. Thorton that I was having some pain and hearing loss in my right ear and that I have been swimming for four days straight and I thought I had an ear infection. Mr. Thorton examined the right ear, he said I had wax build up in the right ear. A nurse used a water and picked three times to remove the wax. Two hours later, I was in extreme pain and my hearing was worse. I returned the next day to the medical center and explained to the office staff of the problem. The first visit, I made a co-pay of $30.00. They told me I would have to make another $30.00 co-pay that I should have not been responsible to pay for the revisit.

The care provider, Mr. Kyle, reevaluated my ear and told me the care provider misdiagnosed the problem. Mr. Kyle said I had a very bad ear infection. He wrote me two prescriptions for the ear infection. I returned the next day to see if I could get a prescription for a pain killer. The water pick treatment with the ear infection caused me extreme pain. They would not let me see another care provider unless I pay another $30.00 co-pay. I told them I should not have to pay again for a third time for their mistakes and I should be reimbursed for the second visit. I would not pay the third copay and went to another medical provider to help me. I would like to be reimbursed for my second copay of $30.00, receipt #**. The first copay receipt #**.
