I am fully covered by my insurance, I paid every copay, but yet 3 months later without recieving one bill from this business, I received one from a collection agency. I dispute the charges, I disagree with business practices, as they said they sent a bill when I was still going there and never made mention of a balance, upon which they made me understand the insurance would fully cover all charges. If I recieved a bill when i was still going I would have stopped with the understanding that insurnace was not covering in full, but they delayed billing to ensure you would keep coming in for visits.
They pushed for more visits, and were arrogant when I told them it was not working and would stop. They threatened me claiming I needed to be discharged.They refused to provide me with my MRI report that they ordered, and I had to pay for my XRAY copy which my insurance already paid for. I recieved a bill of 1900 from collections agency. They never mentioned I had a balance, as well as if I am paying for the balance to which my insurance did not cover, then why would my wife who recieved the same treatment, and services have to pay, since we both have the same insurance.
The over charge for their services, they put me on a massage table, gave me electric stim, and a chirpractic session, and a massage for treatment of my lower back. I am fine with what my insurance paid, in 7 visits for a massage, electric stimulus, and laying on a water massage table they milked 7000 from the insurance, but yet i have a 2000 bill, as well as my wife went and she did not have to pay what the insurance did not why should I.
This business is in the healtcare industry and cares nothing about health only ripping off honest hard workers with ailments, and ripping off insurance companies which in return end up charging us more the next year. I have 1900 with a collection company that are suppose to be paid, but I have no idea what it is for, no past bills, and was told my insuranc would cover everything, which it did for my wife because she had not balances and she had the same work done.
