The office staff of Dr. Lee have no customer service what so ever. I have a pending workman's compensation claim and all treatment is denied until a hearing in December. I am on TDI and am dependent on the staff's ability to forward the paying company's paperwork each month or I do not receive my money which is my family's only income. The staff is adimant about not faxing anything for patients and will not mail anything unless a stamp and envelope are provided. They will hold on to the papers if these are not supplied and will not call you to inform you either. I am currently waiting on papers which need to be in on Monday (it is Saturday) and they claim it is on the physician's desk after turning them in 10 days ago.
I said I would pick up these papers but they say there is no guarantee when it will be ready. I said I would be in on Monday morning to wait because the papers need to be in on Monday or I do not get my money. I was told by Hope that I can do that but there is no guarantee they will have the forms for me at all. In dealing with Dr. Lee himself, I am not satisfied with my diagnosis and because he runs out the room, I can not ask him questions. Upon attempting to ask questions, he will interupt me and say I will be right back and never come back. The nurse will come in afterward and say I can go. I have spoken to former patients of Dr. Lee who have similar stories as well.
