family dr. referred us 2 dr. aswad for a surgery.when the hospital called 2 verify insurance they was told we didnt have insurance,so everybody cancelled but me.when dr. aswads office called 2 tell me this ,the office staff said they couldnt believe i gave them a bad insurance card very rude about it.i told them there is a mistake somewhere,PLEASE DONT CANCEL THE SURGERY.they said 2 bad its already done.
we called blue cross and said yes it was their mistake and to have the dr. office call them back.well now when we called the dr. to explain they said to bad call another dr.....i so need this surgery done.its a small town i feel as if i'm black balled now.i called my family dr. her wonderful office staff relly told me the samething.really dont understand how dr. have so much power.
