As far as I am concern if he was not a participating doctor, why did he accept the payments from my insurance health care? (when he was not suppose to). I consider this unethical and fradulent. We had gone to our insurance company with this issue and after a year, they told us that they there was nothing they can do for us when in fact we have letters stating from them that he was an innetwork doctor. He has ruined our credit history. We constantly get phone calls from his office.

Dr. Cerritelli was our primary doctor. When we first went to him we were told by his office that they do accept our health insurance (he claimed he was innetwork doctor) after three years, he told us that he was not a participating doctor and was charging both my wife and me over $60,000.00 in office visits. We had to take a loan to pay him close to $9,000.00, hoping to settle this matter but he refused.
