I went to Dr. Ghoadi for my hand on Dec. 18. Since the 18th of December, I have been calling him for my test result. When I first arrived to his office with an appointment, I had to wait for over an hour to be waited on. He works for my prior job, which I am suing and by him holding on to my test result is hurting my case. He refused to fax over the result to my lawyers. I have called the office over 8 times and each time, his office has put me on hold over 25 minutes and when they come back to the phone, they state he hasn't looked at my test yet.
Since Dec. 18 and today is March 9, what kind of doctor have not looked at a patient's test results? I need surgery on my hand and he is trying to stop me from getting my case for my workman company setting by holding out for Dish Network. He failed in his oath that the patient comes first, not who pays him more. His license should be revoked and he needs to be fined. He gives the medical field a distasteful look. It's more about money for him. Please order him to give me my files. My former job sent me to him, thank you.
