Contact lenses were ordered for my son for the first time at Dr. Beja's office but was never picked up. I called Dr. Beja's office a couple of times and asked to cancel the order since my son had returned to Japan and had never worn contacts before. I was told that I would not be refunded because all sales are final. Although I prepaid for the lenses, I never had possession of them. I am very unsatisfied with his staff as well as his professionalism.
