Recieved a bill from ARA for approx. $150. Due to my medical/financial circumstances, I called in a timely manner to set up payments. I began making my payments immediately, did not miss any, and with no warning recieved a bill for full payment from a collection agency which charged a large fee per transaction. And so I was forced to pay the whole amount all at once.
