On 05/10/08 I went to lite touch for a free consult,I was talked into signing papers to see if I could get credit with Chase Health Advance, the credit was there if I wanted it.At this time I was not even sure I wanted any procedure with lite touch, I was just checking into it.I wanted to see how the procedure was done and to see how much it would cost which I can not afford. Lite touch kept calling me,tring to get me to set up appointments for the procedure,I clearly told them not at this time.
So,on 05/15/08 I had a bill for Chase Health Advance for $6,500.00. I had no services with Lite Touch ,I put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on 06/18/08,Lite touch did refund $4875.00 to Chase, still leaving me a balance of $1625.00.Lite touch said I would have it as spa credit.I have been paying every month to Chase- for nothing,I recieved no services from Lite touch.On 06/20/09 I figured if I was paying every month I would go to them for something,they was'nt taking my money for free.
So,I called Lite touch, spoke with Claudia,set up an appointment for 8/1/09 I asked her about my credit, she said she would have to call me back, she never did.On 7/31/09,at10:50a.m. I called Claudia back about my credit,she said she would call me back in 10 minutes,she never called,at 4:40p.m. I called her back, She said my case is closed, I have no credit with them.So, I told her to cancel my appointment for 8/1/09,I would be there on Monday,8/3/09 to see why why I did'nt have credit.I called Chase Health Advance but they said they could'nt help me.On 8/3/09 I went to Lite Touch ,I demanded to see my records,they would not give them to me.
They started speaking in spanish to each other about me,I thought they were very unprofessonal.She said if I did'nt calm down they would call the police,I told her I would call the police,so I did. Fairfax county police said they could not get a copy of my records because I had no services with them,they suggested that I get a lawyer.Lite touch said the $1625.00 was spent on late fees,because I did'nt cancel an appointment for surgery.I did not have an appointment for any surgery.I put in another complaint with the BBB on 08/12/09.Lite touch never responded to them,BBB said to get a lawyer or contact you.Please contact me if you need any further information.I hope you can help me with this matter.Thank You.
